Resistance comes in many forms. For an injured athlete, fear can hold you back.   I might get hurt. I might re-injure myself.  I'm not ready yet.  I am not good enough.  Fear can take over your thoughts and not in a good way. This weekly jam explores the topic of fear and strategies to move through fear into a more powerful healing mindset.
